The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired, with stained towels and a shower curtain that looked like it had seen better days. A huge yellow stain on the sheets and a comforter in desperate need of replacement certainly didn't help the situation. Additionally, I faced an issue with confusing room preferences. I specifically requested a non-smoking room yet ended up with a room that clearly had a smoky odor.

service was nice, but room issues!
The king room had air conditioning and a private bathroom. We enjoyed the flat-screen TV and the microwave was handy. The staff was friendly, tried offering us a bigger bed. But the room was dirty with stained towels and a disgusting comforter. The spa bath was a nice touch but overall, disappointing.

It was just a balanced option for a quick stop in San Antonio with good price-quality ratio. The comforter needed changing, but the staff tried to help when I brought it up. Check for clean linens before unpacking.

The room was not clean. stained towels and a yellow spot on the sheets were disappointing. Although the owner addressed my concerns, the rude attitude of the staff overshadowed any positives. I specifically requested a non-smoking room but was given a smoking one instead. Very frustrating experience overall.

The check-in process was smooth, with friendly staff eager to accommodate my family. We appreciated the nice gesture of offering a larger bed for our King Room. Unfortunately, the room itself was below expectations due to cleanliness issues. stained towels and bedding were a significant concern. Additionally, the owner's wife's demeanor left much to be desired, which detracted from the overall experience.
